Our History
Founded in 2019 by Brett and Laura Chotkevys
Platinum Resort Assisted Living was founded in 2019 by Brett and Laura Chotkevys, driven by a shared vision to redefine senior care. Nestled in the serene Serenada neighborhood, the facility was born from their desire to create a space that combines the highest level of professional care with the warmth and comfort of home.
Unlike large, impersonal institutions, Platinum Resort was designed as a luxury home where every resident receives personalized attention in an intimate and welcoming
environment. From its inception, the focus has been on fostering a sense of community, dignity, and belonging for all who call it home.
